In the presentation of Competencias 2.0 (www.competencias20.com, also in SlideShare) there is a list of nine jobs that didn't make any sense only five years ago. Things are changing really fast, and that is not easy to manage, though.

I know you're working hard to improve your Spanish, next time please try and consider it a good exercise! ;-)

Regards,

Jaime

Thank you for your comment!

JaimeAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10597248563376978565noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5075633097950426452.post-42597111012848099652009-05-14T01:52:00.000+02:002009-05-14T01:52:00.000+02:00Interesting article . From my own experience it could be a challenge to connect the customs of the younger employees to the ones for which web 2.0 technologies and methodologies seem like a waste of time.

As for the second point in the article the professions are evolving to keep up with the new trends . Recently I have heard of a US company looking for marketing / a PR specialist - who is familiar with the use of Twitter and Facebook. Several people such as the famous Leo Lapote have already hired an employee whose main functions are maintaining the social presence of Leo online .

To give people a room for competition is another good idea. To me people having the so called " Peter Pan " employees are the one from you can expect innovations . They are not afraid to challenge the rules and the norms - and in the process of doing that ideas for improvement can be more easily spotted than if you have a team of people who are strict and methodological . One should try to maintain a balance - but that largely depends on the business of the firm in question .

PS : I am still improving my Spanish , which is why I wrote the comment above in English .Georgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16024919984136907316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5075633097950426452.post-3815785033397521252009-05-12T10:34:00.000+02:002009-05-12T10:34:00.000+02:00@Jordi
